I bought the best T bone steak for $5.00 yesterday.

and I feel really lucky if I find something appealing. A lot of it is too big or not something I like.

But they always do have many, many steaks in the bin!

Some believe that slightly expired beef is more nutritional than the cereal used in dry dog food. Who can blame them?

Very few animals (humans included) evolved to get most of their diet from cereal grains.

well it shouldn't be anyway. They can get in trouble for selling that stuff.

It's just near or at its sell-by date.

We're pretty happy to live as vegetarians forever if needs be so I only buy meat if its seriously discounted by half or more.
