It just reminds people that basketball used to be a lot more fun to watch.
Who would you rather watch: Tim Duncan or Bill Walton?
They're both highly skilled but Walton brought passion to the game.
Pay attention to Duncan's facial expression. You can never tell if the Spurs are winning or losing. Walton wore his heart on his sleeve, and that's why so many people loved him.
NOW GET OFF MY LAWN.
ps: Don't even think about pointing out that basketball jerseys don't have sleeves.
