(205,237 posts)I can't decide which is cuter, the little lamb or that adorable baby skunk!
p.s. We're taking little Coda to an animal hospital that specializes in surgery on Wednesday and he's scheduled for surgery on Thursday. There's no choice, and it's an excellent hospital, just can't help being scared for him...
SalmonChantedEvening
(31,951 posts)I'll be thinking of Coda and you, and hoping for the best. <3

(205,237 posts)It's an awfully big surgery for such a little guy. But he is feeling much better, after all the treatments he's had. I keep trying to take his picture, but he rarely stays still long enough...

(9,958 posts)Little baby skunk! So cute.
Snow dog reminds me of my old husky/collie mix, Ash. She would love to sit out in the snow.
SalmonChantedEvening
(31,951 posts)Bear loved the snow. He was a great boy.

(9,958 posts)They kept it in the basement.
It was really mean and would make a nest out of its own poop.
Skunks don't make good pets.

The goggie that loves bacon reminds me a lot of my pup (as far as the bacon love goes). He's a dachshund, but amazingly, when he looks in the mirror, that is what he sees! Is that a Belgian Malinois?
Oh, and those cuddly birds . . . Are those 'keets?
Happy Sunday, Mr. Salmon!
SalmonChantedEvening
(31,951 posts)I don't know what breed it is, only that it's getting bacon.
They're parakeets, yes.

(12,422 posts)"hunky firemens"
"What exactly"
"sneeze"
"Stella!" (reminds me of the greatest Seinfeld episode ever: "The Pen"
"chaos" (it's like, why do they have a "fast" speed on merry-go-rounds?)
"mr. fixit"
"drop the spatula"
"hulk smash"
"bridesmaids"
"mittens"
"basement door"
"catnip"
"I fought the lawn"
"I win the argument"
"go wash your paws"
And the wonderful squee, especially that baby skunk, and the snow dog with that playful expression that only dogs have, and the foxes and all of them really.
Thanks again for all the Sunday fun, SCE.

(35,658 posts)Hunky firemens! The expression on the cat is just perfect, and so is the placement of the hands of the woman, like she is pushing the cat up the tree. It's just really funny.
Also the husky. My friend in Indiana has one and he just loves to be out in the snow like that!
This thread was my reward for a horrid, perfectly horrid, day of cleaning out a shed. Yes, as I was hot and having to pry open drawers of a chest that had jammed shut, I would think about how I'd laugh later at the furballs on this thread. So thanks, Salmon, you helped me get through a tough job today!

(34,582 posts)I had to have the rest of my upper teeth extracted on Friday. That wasn't a big deal. What was a big deal was that, due to my upper jaw bone, my gum line jutted out and back in. So, to make a good fit for denture, the bone had to be cut and filed to a smoother consistency. There is something unnerving about hearing the crunch of your own jaw bone. I was mentally drained when I left the chair.

(6,112 posts)By far the best squirrel to hit the Broadway stage. Wonderful pics, as always. Thanks for all the cuteness in a not-so-cute world.
