A suggestion on living longer - (for those who sit a long time, LIKE ME!)

Take a movement break every 30 minutes, say experts. No matter how much you exercise, sitting for excessively long periods of time is a risk factor for early death, a new study published Monday in Annals of Internal Medicine found.

It constantly interrupted you in the middle of something. We would all tell it to shut up and finished what we were doing and then forget about it. Eventually, the company turned it off.

I could set a timer and try to do it.
