My one great fear, with the current election results

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by JudyM (a host of the The DU Lounge forum).

Is that the ideologues on the Supreme Court, seeing the possible fading of ReThug power, will be energized to decide that state legislatures can overturn any election they damn well please. They are more interested in partisan power than rendering legal decisions that actually comply with the Constitutional structure of our country.

Do the Pachyderms really want Kamala Harris deciding if overturned results should themselves be overturned? I say, do not sign off until GOP outlaws their own absurd proposals and SC approves it.

Are pass democratic legislation that gives all citizens an equal right to vote, end gerrymandering, money in politics, and end the Electoral College.
