NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) – Are you looking for a new apartment in New York City?
Have an extra $100 million lying around? If so, this place is for you!
An octagon-shaped penthouse in midtown Manhattan is on the market for $100 million.
The 8,000-square-foot apartment is at CitySpire on West 56th Street.
It’s being sold by Long Island real estate developer Steven Klar. It’s listed with Prudential Douglas Elliman.

Hell, an 8,000 square feet apartment! That's almost four times the size of my suburban house.

Nobody - with the possible exception of myself - should ever be that rich.
