Anyone else remember this British cartoon?

Just was given a couple DVD's of it by my nephew.

Terry Jones from "Monty Python" was the producer.

3. nope dont know it must be fairly new in th last 20 years or so.

4. Mid 1990's, and it was simply hilarious.

The bad guy, Count Jeffrey, would constantly brag about his "brilliant plan" until it would go kerplop.

Like once he built a giant weapon to use against the dragons, and in triumph says "It would take a thousand-pound boulder to knock this baby down."
