Good Bye DU I have found love! I just got this email.

Hello my new friend. I don't know why I am writing to u, but I was very interested. I 've found one undelivered email in drafts. In former times I wanted to write an email 4 you. Unfortunately I failed. You know, my parents called me Elizaveta, and can you introduce yourself? What is your place of birth? If u wanna to get to know me more so we 'll prolong our companionship. Just because of this cold spring I have a sense of separation. I 'm expecting your prompt answer.

She says that she lives close and just needs my C.C. #s for her own safety

I see it every day in my profession. There are a lot of lonely people out there who are desperate to feel loved.

KALISPELL, Mont. — Badge and Lander Busse tromped into the forest behind their house on a snowy Sunday in March, their three hunting dogs in tow. It was in these woods, just outside Glacier National Park, that the teenage boys learned to hunt, fish, dress a deer and pick birdshot from Hungarian partridges.

Watching their cherished wilderness succumb to the effects of climate change enraged the Busse boys, and three years ago, they decided to do something about it. Along with 14 other local youth, they joined with an environmental legal organization and sued the state.

In their complaint, filed in 2020, the young activists seized on language in the Montana state Constitution that guarantees residents “the right to a clean and healthful environment,” and stipulates that the state and individuals are responsible for maintaining and improving the environment “for present and future generations.”

So the lawyers at Our Children’s Trust began building their case. They worked with the environmental community to identify potential plaintiffs. They cataloged the ways in which the state was being impacted by climate change. And they documented the state’s extensive support for the fossil fuel industry, which includes permitting, subsidies and favorable regulations.

This could bring a landmark decision because, among many ongoing climate cases, it's the first headed to trial which begins June 12, in Helena.

But thank you for posting it…been following this for a while and have high hopes for this case and these kids. Kalispell is full of nutters but thankfully it isn’t everybody and this family proves it.

I'm not sure I can get over it.

You should tell her that it is beyond your ability to provide the "closed captioning" she needs.

His parents were both in a concentration camp in WWII. After the war his parents bought a deli, vowing they would never go hungry again. I ate good that year, as he would go home every weekend and tell me to eat up all the lunch meat in the fridge. He spoke a dialect of German.

When my Dad was stationed in Frankfurt, Germany in the early 1970's, our neighbors across the hall were the ex-head of the Czechoslovakian secret police who had defected to the West, along with his family.

His wife was sort of a surrogate grandmother to me and my siblings, and we called her 'Mumka'. They had a charming son and a beautiful teenage daughter.

The father used to regale us with stories of escaping Czechoslovakia by night, wading across the river, carrying their possessions overhead so they didn't get wet, spotlights sweeping back and forth across the water, very Cold War kind of thing.

when he was only 5 or 6. He remembers walking at night and hiding in safe houses during the day. I think they went to Albania, then made it here somehow.

I treated like a job interview asking her what her typing speed was, biggest strengths and weaknesses, what she felt she brought to the relationship, etc.

Before that I strung another "woman" - a very beautiful African woman from Ghana who had just up until recently been living close to me but had to return home to care for her mother - along for a couple weeks before we declared our mutual love for each other. At which point, I asked her to pay for plane tickets so I could fly to Ghana to be with her and help with her mother.

Never heard from her again. Broke my heart.
