You see them everywhere and I do mean EVERYWHERE...

Yes I sure am - plus I am also sick of laws that create incredibly rich dynasties that allow people to inherit vast fortunes.

5. I am currently restructuring my estate plan and while I don't know why I should be, I am

shocked at the rules that have been put in place. On surface, the rules appear to benefit everyone according to their wealth capacity. However, the only benefit is to those who are exposed to the estate tax.

If you are not leaving your estate to your children or any other human being the estate path is not there and the tax consequences can be/are astronomical.

What has been eye-popping to me is that the advice being given to me from professional financial advisors is totally and provably wrong investment advice.

3. And people who have power of any sort and use it to bully. And people

who have no power and bully for those they show fealty to, like many MAGAs, when they are in a cult.

4. I experience that in a different way, but know exactly what you mean.

I'm surrounded by people I know or grew up with that pissed away everything they had, but we're lucky to have relatives and such that owned their homes and then passed them onto their irresponsible relatives.

These assholes are the ones that never earned what got, but are the first to look down on and point fingers at those that are trying to earn something themselves.

...and they're still pissing away what they've been given. I know of at least 2 houses owned by these types that are literally rotting from the ground up, because they don't appreciate or know how to take care of what's been given to them.
