Who feels like they need a new liver?

After the holiday excess, am I the only one who would like a new liver and possibly a rebooted gall bladder?

3. Gall bladder is just below the liver on the right

Though pain in the liver will often be felt in the back, just below the right shoulder blade/scapula.
