I don't understand cat sociology.

They have a weirdly flexible hierarchy that I don't get at all. Right now Jeoffry is hissing because Milo patted his tail. Some kind of social norm was violated. I wish they would give me a copy of their rule book.

get crankier with one another the closer it gets to mealtime. Beyond that, I have no particular insights to offer.

If one is sitting 5 feet away from the other, at a 45 degree angle, it's fine. Change that angle to 46 degrees and all hell breaks loose.

tightest ball. Another day the "get near me and I'll claw your face off" attitude will come out if they look at each other wrong. I think they do it to confuse us.

Inside the house the Russian Blue is queen and everybody gangs up on the white Siamese. Outside the white cat beats up the Russian Blue. Go figure
