Later this am, I get to sit next to my lawyer, their lawyer and a magistrate. Negotiations begin today, so to put it mildly, I'm anxious, all I really want is to be made nearly whole. So can I ask my sister & brother loungers for positive energy for me. thanks
** I was injured on the job 3 years ago. I slid on ice and tore my knee tendons, ligaments and ripped the meniscus into 2 pieces and pulled off cartilage off the outside of my knee. My former employer is trying to deny any injury or pay for the previously approved treatments. I had the first hearing and I won!! I can get an updated MRI and radiographs, and quite likely be able to get temporary treatments while we fight over surgery in the more near future. Woo hoo!**
