I couldn't find a clip with Harrison Ford standing on the balcony as this music played, but man, that image combined with that music haunted me for years. You can just feel the suffocating loneliness of that city in which technology had overtaken our humanity and everything, even human life itself, had been commodified and become essentially worthless. A nightmare vision of the future.
