I saw "Life of Pi" the other night and really,

really liked it. It stayed very true to the book. I avoided it in the theaters because it got some bad reviews. If you were fascinated by the book the whole way through you'll love it. Such a great yarn about humanity. You just feel all warm and protected at the end. What did you think of it.

After seeing it, I felt a little more wary of my two cats, one of which is almost as big as Richard Parker. The movie made me forget how tame and approachable they were. It's almost like I had more respect for them. During the Oscars, I sensed they were rooting for the movie to win. I bet all cats were. It's a very pro-cat movie.
