Why did I only buy one bottle of wine?

The last of it is in a glass right now, but I think I could go for a fair bit more of drinking and internet chatting while listening to The Smiths than this one glass will afford.

Sure, I've got 1/3 a bottle of bourbon left, but that's more for putting-in-the-morning-coffee maintenance drinking and throughout-the-day flask sipping than sentimental/nice activities.

I don't know what I was thinking. I've generally gone light on the drinking lately, maybe is what I was thinking. I'm always jealous of people who are thoughtful enough to keep things stocked up. I'm the same way with groceries. I basically have to go with what I've got, buy what I need for a day and then make it through a few days on mis-thought scraps.

What happened to Billy? I did remember to buy bread.

but it's 8pm here, and I did wake up five.

Ha! Saying that, I did have some bourbon, if not before, with my morning coffee (you can't get citalopram over the counter... at least I don't think - I don't know shit about Swiss laws!).

The funny part is, I did quickly glace at yours and saw "Michigan"

Upon closer inspection, you are FROM Michigan, currently in Switzerland...

So by all means, PROST!

It is still early, but I've not lived here long enough to have many friends, so it's too much drinking alone and spending such time on the internet. So, thanks for the company!

I've got three cases of Two-Buck Chuck Cabernet, but that's more of an afternoon/evening wine.

Yer just gonna have to buck up and call a cab and go get another jug (or two) of Cab.

THE FIRST RULE OF DRINKING HEAVILY:

PROTECT THE SUPPLY!!

Never get caught without MORE than you could possibly need for the day.

(I am a professional at this....)

PS - Invite a good friend over and tell them to bring THREE bottles.
