What physical injuries are you prone to and why? I used to play basketball in highschool. I didn't

have high top sneakers and sprained both my ankles repeatedly. There is a large amount of scar tissue on my ankles. To this day I cannot skate any distance. I found that out in my last year of highschool as we skated around a lake at a friend's farm. My ankles gave out and my brother had to drag me around the lake by a scarf, as I held my ankles upright with my hands. What hurt the most was getting into the driver's seat of our car and using the gas pedal and brake. I've tried to skate perhaps twice since then but there is no point. Which is too bad since I live in Ottawa that has the gorgeous Rideau Canal to skate on.
