The joy of moving with cats: ER edition

We're moving into our house tomorrow, so we took the cats to be boarded today through tomorrow night. First two - piece of cake.

This cat, a little 10-lb girl

did this:

- multiple bites that may have damaged the tendon (I'll find out tomorrow). Of course, it's the arm I had complex orthopedic surgery on about 6 weeks ago. That was right after she bit me 20 times - it looks worse now.

This cat:

caused this:

- fractured (into three pices) metatarsal from a fall my husband took trying to move the bed to get him.

We weren't quite done packing, but we sure as hell are now!

And they look so awfully cute! Poor you... Good luck with the rest of your move. I read once that cats would rather stay in the same place with new people, LOL. This was after my friend had to deal with a cat who was hissing at any and everything in her new place...

Can you tell that I've handled cats?
I was part of the Westminster Cat Fancy Club. Showing cats is tricky. Bites were part of of it.
