So, it has been quite a while since I last posted images of Zeus, our laborador puppy-to-be! He gets to come home to us on April 10, so it's not far away now. These pictures were taken back on the 3rd, after bath time and just before lunch. From what we can discern of his personality so far, he seems to be the rather laid back type, but very attentive (breeder says he likes to watch the blades of the ceiling fan with his head tilted).
For those wondering about the video, Zeus' mom developed an infection in one of her nipples and had to have it removed. Between the surgery and the antibiotics in her system, this unfortunately makes it unsafe (for her and the puppies) to feed the litter naturally. They like the bottle just as well, though!

Cute, no?! If those of you who are mobile gamers want to repay this cuteness, I am still waging my campaign to win all of the recruitment prizes on a mobile game I play, Guardian Cross. It's by Square-Enix, so very safe and spam-free, and free to play! I need nine more people.
If you'd like to help me out, please download Guardian Cross (available on iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, and Android devices) and put in the invitation/referral UA70790 when making your profile/account. Then, play through the tutorial. You should get your bonus, and I should get my credit. Maybe you'll even like the game! In any case, it just takes a few minutes and I'd be grateful to tick this off of my bucket list.

(4,266 posts)He won't be coming home with us until April 10, by which point he'll be okay to safely live with us.
There's another dog in his house, though he's old and may not particularly appreciate the persistent invitations to play.
As well, I am disabled, so I and my mother will almost always be with him.
