I've got a 2005 Merlot and a 2008 Merlot waiting for a nice dinner this weekend. I only drink Merlot straight (the wine, not me).

Neither half full, nor half empty; for me it's 'look, there's something in the glass. And there's room for more.

I'm about to turn 33 which I am looking forward to like a hole in the head. To make things worse, my birthday is on Easter, and the last time it was (22 and 11, notice a pattern there), my family virtually forgot about it. I've got Vegas odds in my head about whether or not they'll remember. (My mom is the worst culprit and she's a Christmas baby so she of all people should understand).

I'm out of work now (and desperate to get on the road again) and my love interest is 6 hours away and I hope he does not forget about me.

Hang in there, you will find something soon, you will! Not saying it's easy, but you are young. I did it six years ago, and I am a lot older than you.

Changing jobs on the 16th. Still working for the state making the same money, but a different agency, better future, less stress. Instead of 50+ hours a week, maybe now I'll pull 40 a week and find a part time gig to make the ends meet.

It's gone beyond concepts like "half full" or "half empty."

Nice pic, though.
