A Michigan judge says that he was just trying to flatter his mistress when he referred to his courtroom as “tatted up, overweight, half-ass English speaking, gap tooth skank hoes.”

Attorney Brian Einhorn, who is representing McCree, said that the judge admitted that his sexual relationship with the witness began a month before the court hearing last August, and that he should have recused himself in the case.

The commission also accused McCree of suggesting that Mott’s ex-husband could be sent to jail or be put on a tether to quickly extract child support payments from him. But the judge has insisted that his improper relationship did not effect any of his decisions.

McCree was suspended from the bench last month without pay. In 2012, he was reprimanded after sending topless photos of himself to a court bailiff.
