I did nothing remotely productive! Well, I got dressed and walked the dogs, and did online shopping. (I have to buy a new tv...yuk...my tube tv went caflooey.)

I rate any sleep in the middle of the day as a nap. It just sounds more cozy than 'therapeutic rest.'

I prefer a straitjacket for other recreational activities...
