Watching the New York Philharmonic playing with an opera sized crowd performing Carousel...

O&H have put together so many great shows that went way beyond just telling a good story. PBS is such a joy to have coming into my home especially now that I am compromised and don't get out that often...

1. That sounds really nice...

PBS does nice work. Sometimes I think that even though the sound quality isn't as good as being there live, the rest more than makes up for it.

No parking, no walking, no crowds........And you get closeups of the orchestra!

Staying home looks better and better.

3. CalPeg, I've seen Carousel twice in the last 10 days,

on 2 of our PBS stations here, LIVE from Lincoln Center. LOOK for it, it's probably being shown in California too, AND is probably available via archive on PBS. Its a WONDERFUL production!
