At least she admitted they were both drunk and made a mistake. She freaked out as her husband was being arrested and she (admittedly) was drunk. People say stupid shit, and you can get a disorderly conduct charge for just about anything. In her case, she got out of the car instead of staying inside.

The cop said in the tape while he was arresting her "I done told you how things work." Can you please speak English?

I hope they find out who leaked it....the ATL PD is denying it but I call bullshit.

Now La Lohan who just skipped court ordered rehab? Her ass should be locked up.
