I'll have to admit I cheated. Although the image did look familiar. I did a right click,save image as and then did a search for the name. I wish I could do image search of an image sometimes.

Of course, that would be hard to do, since extraterrestrial Republicans wouldn't fund science or a space program, and they would have cut their own SETI budget to zero ages ago.

They would just wait for some democratic aliens to show up for a visit, and steal everything they have.

And upon proof there were other aliens out there, they would then devote every possible resource to building the biggest baddest weapons possible to "protect our planet" by way of stealing every resource possible from any other planet.
