Looked at the Amazon ad, and among other things it says Flavor: Chocolate.

But it doesn't read like you eat it. Is it an aroma thing? Or?????

I think it's a scam too but they buy into all this shit. There's "home party" MLM schemes for all kinds of shit now - they've done the wraps thing, jewelry (Lia Sophia), "designer" jeans, cooking stuff (Pampered Chef), Scentsy (to be fair, the Scentsy thing is kinda cool) and I don;t know how many other things they've tried.

I think they do it for the free stuff you get for hosting a party. And beer. (My son knows if he invites me I will look at his beer with disgust and go get good beer.)

But of all the things they have tried, I think that wrap thing is the dorkiest. I'm no scientist but that never stopped me from smelling bullshit and I think I smell bullshit on that. At beast it might sweat some water weight out. But I ain;t buying "vitmins and herbs and whatever" soaking into your mid-section and burning away fat and toxins. That's Jesus-riding-a-T-Rex goofy to me.

Just make a salt scrub with some olive oil and salt, add some lavender or another essential oil you like. Lay an old shower curtain over a place that you can relax for an hour or so and then a blanket on top of that. Then take the scrub and rub yourself firmly but not too firm and wrap up in plastic wrap, then the blanket. It is just sweating/drawing fluid out and softening.

I do not like pyramid schemes, they are full of manipulative, greedy and stupid people. Are they trying to sell you on it?

back in the 90s. Two of my friends went for a series of ten treatments! Both saw no real results!

Nice gals, but they had more money than brains.

technology may have improved over the years. The water alone will purify the system. If you do decide to go, please be sure to report back what you think of the process!

It's basically about liquid retention, and it's only temporary.

Psst! I know the two-step secret to losing weight and getting slim and I'm gonna share it with everyone. Throw away all the crazy diets and Sensa and pills, cuz here goes:

1)cut down calories.

2) Exercise more.

You're welcome!

.
.
.

I get all these spam messages about how to lose it -

Not too many out there to help you gain weight and build healthy body mass.

7 years ago I was down to 124 pounds - rotting teeth were robbing me of most of the nutrition I ate.

Up to 154 now - about 10 pounds under my most comfortable weight.

160-165 suits me best - I feel good, and can work all day without feeling week/drained.

I take a body-building supplement (not into body-building, but the best option I could find for the moment) to keep my weight up.

Have an active outdoor lifestyle - wasn't too comfortable at 124 - exhausted in minutes.

I think I'm doing ok, but there is not much push out there for people to be healthy,

just for those that want to LOSE weight . . .

anyone see anything wrong with this???
