I looked them up and they're the whole wheat grain.

I could spend all day in whole foods. And alot of money.

This tells you how to cook them. Ignore the salad stuff unless you want to do that. Once they're cooked improvise. Whole Paycheck often has them in the salad area in various recipes in the store near me.
