I need bike accessory advice

I have a bike with 700c wheels that are a bit wider than is typical: 45c instead of 35c, which guess is more common.

I was thinking about putting fenders or mudguards on the thing, but I see that a lot of them are for the skinnier 700c wheels.

Should I try buying mountain bike mudguards? Or is there a make of fender/mudguard that might work on my bike?

I plan to run this past the local shop where I bought my bike. But I thought I'd get some advice from the DU Loungers as well.

Thoughts?

They also make a size a little narrower if your frame requires something smaller.

Just ask your local Planet Bike dealer!!

If your frame accommodates the wider fenders, go for it. Wider is better when it comes to rain deflection.

Don't forget lights !
