The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsOK, it's Friday night. What's for dinner, DU?
I can't decide: That little storefront Chinese place? The cool little grill and lemonade place a couple of doors down from it? The nifty little Italian place downtown run by a guy from a little island just off the coast of Naples? Subway?

(20,043 posts)grandkids? You so don't look old enough to have grandkids. I almost choked on my gingerale reading that.
Maybe pre-teens, but not grandkids! I want whatever you're drinking.

(66,096 posts)They're all steps.
My wife is eight years older than me, and had three teenagers when we met. Six months after our wedding, her 17 year-old daughter got pregnant.
I became a 'grandfather' at 30. I now have eight grandkids among my three step-kids. If you told any of my grandkids that there was no biological relationship between me and them, they wouldn't care in the least. I'm Grandpa.

Yeast rolls and red eye gravy to dip 'em in.
Funny, I have a friend who refuses to eat leftovers.
I love them.
Nobody has to cook and it's just as good as last night.
