Well got another interview on a Sunday!

I went to one Thursday as well but that job was commion only and my First paycheck would be a month and a half away from starting.
And I on;y have one suit and needed more for the six days a week run they wanted.

Got a call today for one on Sunday @ 5:30 pm. It is a night job. Fingers crossed again!

OH and sis #2 came up with the black shoes. They are a pair she got for her work but they were just to tight. They fit me perfect!

Unemployment, job-hunting, and being poor suck. I went through that 40 years ago and remember well. The truth is, things are even tougher now. Hang in there.

My first one ended with me going back the next day for a follow up with another manager who said I was to customer service oriented of a kitchen job.

Then the second was that commission job and now this one.

Stats say that for every 100 applications/resumes, you get one interview. And that you will go (math wise) to 10 interviews before you get one offer.

So All I have to do is wait out the math and keep pumping out applications.

Getting interviews and being passed up or finding the job just isn't a fit really sucks.

You are practicing selling yourself to a new employer. As you listen to them you learn to answer accordingly.

Good vibes and good luck.
