He was in Milford to tape Hotel Hell. My stalking paid off and we met him, after following a camera crew going to a local pub.

It is taken sooooo much more seriously than our version. There's no fake drama - hardly any chatter between all the chefs at all. It's night and day. I like both of them, but it is like watching 2 totally different shows.
