Eric Northman is my hero.
Did he just pull out that scientist's femur? And if yes, why would it take him so long to bleed out? Ten minutes seems too long for that amount of blood.

Kind of hard to tell my the bloody mess they cut to, but it was clear from where Eric targeted.
This was like the Godfather 2 - a funeral intercut with a bloodbath! Some pretty awesome stuff tonight, I must say. Loved seeing Ginger, LOVED Newlin's dying words -- that had me laughing out loud. 
Will be watching the replay to catch more.
