I've lived here in my apartment now, for 20 years.

I moved here on February 1rst, 1992.

My apartment is two large rooms, (bedroom and kitchen) and three smaller rooms. (Hot water heater room with a little storage, washroom and bathroom.)

I like it here, and plan to stay here for another 20 years.

I just started my 3rd year in a place that I love It's a studio: one room, one kitchen, one bath, and a small balcony. But it is a great interior, it's soundproof, conveniently-located to many things, and has a wonderful view. I have no intention of leaving as long as I can afford it

I figure we're good until retirement at least. Then we'll see if our health lets us stay here or if we'll want to move closer to our kids.

We grew up in Buffalo and ended up here with my husband's job. Right now I have 3 kids out of school working in Buffalo, two more at school in Buffalo, one in school in Syracuse. It's be ironic if all six kids end up in Buffalo! Here's hoping for a better, faster rail connection!

I'd go out of my way to offer them significant discounts to entice them to stay. You may want to ask your landlord about that....

The building was an 8-unit motel, but the motel business failed. So the motel was converted into 4 apartments.

I raised my three kids here, my eldest daughter died here. I've watched a couple of boyfriends come and go. The property has been in my family since 1952. I'll probably die here as well. It's quiet and peaceful in this area....just me and the cat now. I'm at the age where he's better company than the ex's!

Finally got it paid off; gonna do some more fixing up and live here until I'm too old and decrepit to climb the stairs, or until I drop over dead and the cats eat me, whichever occurs first.

but we have been in this house for 26 years now. I have collected so much "stuff" that I doubt I could move again. So I'll just stay here!
