Hang up and drive, it only comes in one fucking shade of green.

Light changes to green with left turn arrow. Idiot in front of me is busy talking even after I honk. By the time he goes the left turn arrow is red and I have to wait until the next cycle because of the oncoming rush hour traffic.

I wonder who in the hell it is these people are all talking to. I've decided it has to be other people driving on the cell phone.

I wouldn't block someone service.

However, I am about to install a dash cam in my car.

There are also issues of operating an unlicensed transmitter which is what a jammer is.

Why is because it is for the common good for people not to be doing this.

you can't call 911 within range of one of them.

It's illegal to jam signals, as CGBLuthier pointed out, I'm just saying why it's a good law.

Heading to work in the early afternoon and dreading the drive in sharing the road with rude "me me me" types or just plain absent mindedness. Anyway, my recurring irritation and the only real hurdles in my ride in, is both this one left turn from a residential road on to a busy two-lane ( one each direction ) road with NO light, and a right turn on to a VERY busy 6 lane road with a LONG light that usually means a right on red. As you can imagine, even if one is vigilant and ready to exploit the very short windows of opportunity to turn it's hard enough: Being behind somebody who dicks around on their cell phone or smart phone is torture. I can always tell: I see them blow several opportunities to make their move all the while their heads are bowed down. I've been delayed several minutes because of this. It's almost as if, that is you confront them, that their attitude is "Look! I'm not ready to pay attention because I'm texting/dialing OK!?....You got a problem with that?"
