Hotel Impossible, Bar Rescue, Restaurant Impossible? Anybody watch them?

I watch them because instead of unrealistic competitions, they are helping people in hospitality do their jobs properly.

but I've seen the other two shows.

Although I heard MD is faked, which sucks because it's pretty funny.

I also watch Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsey is part of the reason when I found myself in my early 30s without a trade, I decided to become a caterer while I figured out what I wanted to do. (I can't work the fast pace of a restaurant kitchen--my best work is slow, methodical, exquisite and flawless, easily-executed on a massive scale but never going to work in a make-to-order setting.)

I like Bar Rescue because a lot of those people really have no idea what they're doing and the turnaround is amazing. That said, I don't think I'd be able to deal with Jon Taffer in person even though I respect his work and results.
