Do you ever wish you had a follow-up on news stories?

For instance, the Kansas sinkhole that hit the news a few weeks ago.

I heard it was still growing.

I wish somewhere on the Internet somebody would tell by how much it's growing. I know Google's your friend, but
if this is out there, I can't find it.

the ones that have often shown up in GD where people have argued over some issue or another based on somewhat limited information given in the news story.

Everyone is so positive they know exactly what happened and why...

So I often wonder how the stories played out in the end when all the information came to light, most likely in court.

maybe it's human nature. I don't know. It seems to me some are quick to post a negative story but rarely, if ever, post the more positive outcome.

Sometimes I want to post the follow up but it somehow feels like stirring the pot!

That's how I feel about it too.

I'm always torn between wanting to say, "I told you so!!!" and not wanting to be a shit-stirrer
