OK some has been botheing me about what I was told last night by my trainer.

She said that the regional manager has told them to be rough as possible on me since this is week two so I should be more that fast enough and more than good enough to be ready for the my first solo this sunday.

I am supposed to have 90 days of training and I have only had 2 weeks. One week on days (I still don't know it all) and now nights.

The store is losing the two who has been working the job. This Saturday is the last night for one and the next one leaves next Saturday.

My nerves are not going to take it!

You are being pushed beyond the company policy. This isn't good for you or them.

Lots of stress. Responsible for money & inventory where there are those who try to steal you blind. Asshole customers. Bosses who are overbearing, demanding and frequently just plain nasty.
Nights can be scary. And of course low pay, long hours, expectations that you be on call 24X7 and few if any benefits.

You must have demonstrated many positive traits to have them wiling to remove the training wheels so soon.

I know it's stressful but they're willing to let you solo after a short time and they wouldn't risk their store.
