4. Bayless has pretty much made that show unwatchable

as far as I'm concerned. I had been switching over to the Dan Patrick show but Time Warner no longer carries the channel that DP was on in my area so I find myself putting up with First Take because let's face it, it's still better than Maury or the View.

6. As a columnist for the Dallas Times Herald he outed his Mom as a member of AA.

Maybe he asked her permission but, geez,using that to make a point in a sports piece.

The Times Herald went out of business twenty years ago and this column must have been printed about 25 years ago. I don't recall the subject at all but I was flabbergasted when he dropped this little tidbit.

What a guy.
