Is "sex in the mouth" a vulgar statement?

I've heard people say that something is like "sex in the mouth." I think that's an inappropriate thing to say in polite conversation. Anybody agree or disagree?

It sounds more pleasant than "oral sodomy" which is how the state of South Carolina defines it and charges you $500 if you get caught doing it in your own living room.

I'd assume that if you were capable of that, you could get a job performing that as a show and make enough to pay the fine daily with enough left over to live on quite well. Also, you'd never need to date again.
