Just curious why turkey. I love me my chicken burgers, in fact I rarely order beef burgers, but I've rarely had a turkey burger or seen one on a menu.

and I've found turkey burgers to stay juicer than chicken burgers. When I make chicken burgers in the house, I need to add a little liquid to the pan to keep them from getting too dry and I've never had that problem with a turkey burger.
