Using Anagrammer, I found 'MALKIN' which IS a word (other than she who will not be named)

and the definition just tickled me:

malkin
1. an untidy woman; slattern.
2. a scarecrow, ragged puppet, or grotesque effigy.
3. a mop, especially one made from a bundle of rags and used to clean out a baker's oven.

That definition was the subject of an early edition of William Shakespeare's Thought For The Day. Aristus Sep 2013 #1

I know a witch says that (she's talking to her cat sidekick...a "Grey" Malkin...) but can't remember where...Some obscure bit of Shakespeare, maybe?
