Now why would any business use a pic of Charles Manson in an ad?

In my local alternative weekly newspaper, there is an ad for a tattoo place featuring a big old pic of Charles Manson. Why?

I was just a kid during the Tate-Labianca murders, but I remember hearing about it on the news at night. I also read Bugliosi's book Helter Skelter, and those were some seriously sick and twisted individuals. Shame on anybody that glorifies Charles Manson in any way.
