I can't stand her either.
Can't quite put my finger on what it is that annoys me so much about her besides my opinion that her voice is like nails on a blackboard.
I've always liked her sister, though.

mounted a production of Cabaret last spring. BORING Sally Bowles. I cannot imagine anyone
doing Sally Bowles the way she did. Amazing work.
Got to see her in concert once at Universal Amphitheatre--Burbank--in the late 70's or early '80's.
Phenomenal energy. Terrific performance.
