This sounds like fun! I was invited to run in a zombie 5K.

Here's how it works...

Each runner is given a belt with 4 velcro flags attached. You run the 5K course and as you run zombies jump out and try to take one of your flags off of your belt. Your goal is basically to try to outrun the zombies. If you lose all 4 flags before completing the course you become a zombie and have to try to take flags from other runners. The first person to cross the finish line with at least one flag still attached wins.

I've been running quite a bit this season so I think I'm ready for it. I got a call from a fellow runner and he left a voice mail about putting one together. It'll be for charity, but I don't know which charity just yet.
