Question for EA or any tax person: I had a fire in my travel trailer last month...total loss. Here

is the question...I had insurance on it for only ten grand. The value of the trailer on the retail market is around 15 grand according to the Nadaguide, and on the local market. Can I claim, as a loss, the difference between what it was insured for and the market value of the trailer? thank for any info.
