The ad for Beer Shampoo comes on all the time here and I'm curious if it's also in the US.

That bottle? Looks a lot like a real beer bottle and we just know someone's gonna make a mistake.

(19,370 posts)We were at a party where a bunch of the baseball were hanging out. You know what habit a lot of baseball players take up, and one of them was using an emoty beer can for ejection. Unfortunately he left it near my buddy's can and well you can imagine the rest.

However, it's probably better to rinse one's hair with beer after shampooing than to use a shampoo with beer as an ingredient.

(53,339 posts)...it's a damn shame to waste beer like that.
In cooking there's beer-battered this and that touted, but the only thing I use it for is Steamed Spiced Shrimp. And I can't actually tell you if it makes a difference. I only know that the recipe comes out divine, so I'm not going to change a thing. And, as with any recipe that uses an alcoholic beverage, you have to be very careful about tippling during the preparation lest you muck it all up.
