i saw it on a tombstone
]~[
and i can't figure it out. it's backwards brackets and a squiggly/wavy line between.
on the back of the headstone is a prayer to the "great spirit"
but what does that sign mean? it's not the sign for infinity--i know that at least.
can someone please help with this?

The one below, for example, inscribed here inside a Star of David, means "Here lies..."
