Homemade pizziola, sweet potatoes and wild long-grain mushroom rice tonight...

1. Three bean beer chili and brown rice

I made it last night and it is better today. I put tofu, potatoes, and corn in it as well. I'm vegan, so I eat like this pretty frequently.

My family had something a little less healthy tonight. I made a homemade nacho bar with chips, cheese, ground turkey, black olives, onions, tomatoes and beans.

6. Meatloaf, stuffed with spinach, tomato basil feta cheese, yellow chilies

with a brown sugar ketchup glaze. Mashed potato's with gravy and green beans.

7. Hummus, toasted pita, veggies, beer at a bar in Philly.

Waiting for my wife to get out of a class.

8. Chicken, marinating right now in a delicious soy sauce marinade. Soon to go on the BBQ.

Also have a small ribeye that I might throw on there if I'm hungry enough.

Good Colombian restaurant in Pembroke Pines, I'm waiting on a take-out order. Mr. K already went to work and I was in a quilting class all day. No cooking for me, but we're eating real good tonight.

With butter and lemon they taste like lobster. Stewed tomatoes, baked potato with chives, cold three bean salad.
