did anyone else watch the ending episode of DEXTER?

what did you think about it? did it live up to your expectations?

I'm conflicted about how I feel about the ending. I'm just not sure if I really liked it and if it was all I was hoping for....

It was well done, of course; I just didn't like how it ended.

It was just weird. I'm still not completely sure what I think. I don't think I expected much as it is since the show really lost its way after season four.

5. That episode made me glad it was ending

That was a huge WTF-they're-just-phoning-it-in episode.

Makes the Sopranos ending seem brilliant.

6. It was neither the best nor the worst of Dexter.

I think the writers could have provided a voice-over at the end that would have filled the readers in and made the ending more "palatable". Missed opportunity there, in my opinion.
