What place is on your agenda to visit next? I'm going to be sticking close to home

in the next few years but I dream of frolicking in the waves of Hawaii some day. Family friends go to kaui every year so I keep hearing about it. Are their tours of hawaii? Has anybody been there recently?

1. Egypt.

I'm into the dance from there. Lots of teachers, and lots of fabulous food. Hope to get there before I die!

3. Oh yeah. I was talking about Egypt with somebody just the other day. She loved it.

2. One the way to the Mexican Rivera in March. Been to Hawaii many times. The last was during a world

cruise in 2010. Lots of cool tours in Hawaii.

4. I'm not venturing too far afield

One trip confirmed will be my annual trip to Sacramento (from the Seattle area) to visit my best friend. Sacramento has a festival, Gold Rush Days, which commemorates (can you guess?) the Gold Rush in California. It's over Labor Day Weekend. For many years I took the train down, but for the past three years, I decided to drive. Straight shot down I-5. We go to Gold Rush in period costumes which in a hot year can be brutal. I may take another road trip early summer but I haven't decided on where. Last year a friend and I drove from here to Helena Montana and then to South Dakota. That was a fun trip!

6. Some day I would like to visit Europe

Especially the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Spain, Norway...

And Australia and New Zealand, and Tahiti.
