How do they feel about the paper that message is printed on? How about the ink used to print it? The tape used to affix it to the door of a house they live in?

You wanna be an environmentalist and health conscious? That's fantastic, but don't be a complete tool about it. Kids these days need a little fantasy, joy and even a piece of candy once in awhile. The world has enough anger and hatred.

Instead of this, they could have handed out hand made hemp bracelets or some other crap instead of being assholes. This is no better than the 'Christians' that put up signs saying they don't participate in Satanic holidays.

Better to just turn out the lights and leave the house for the evening without leaving a pompous, self-righteous note for the unwashed masses. These folks are going to have a lot of fun getting the eggs off their siding and the TP out of their trees (kind of like the busybody in Fargo who announced she would be giving the "fat" kids a letter to take to their parents about how bad it is to let their fat kid have candy).
